The Minnesota Synchronettes(MNS) is a non-profit US Synchronized Swimming(USSS) club. The club offers instruction in synchronized swimming to athletes in the Minneapolis West Metro area and provides a way for local synchronized swimmers of all ages to compete in the USSSI State, Regional, Zone and US Junior Olympics Championship Competitions. The club also provides training for high school synchro athletes during January and February. MNS is a club for those who like music, swimming, dancing, having fun, and team camaraderie as well as for athletes with a passion for synchro and a desire to excel in the sport.

Minnesota Synchronettes is a rigorous program that includes frequent practices and competitive events around the country.
